What happens after checkout?
After checkout, you're directed to account registration, a swift 1-2 minute process. Provide your CoD Mobile login details (not required for duo orders), and your order will be added to our database. Our carefully selected CoD Mobile boosters then can accept your order for ranked boosting. You'll soon be in our customer area conversing with a CoD Mobile Pro. Typically, the whole process takes 5-10 minutes.
Who will play on my account?
We hire only players who've reached the highest CoD Mobile Rank on their accounts. We verify every applicant's rank to uphold our standards. Any booster violating our rules, such as showing toxic behavior or accepting orders without readiness to boost, will be banned. However, such instances are rare.
What's your Refund Policy?
We believe in earning our pay. Should you decide to cancel your boost before it begins, we'll issue a full refund. If the boost has started, we'll calculate a partial refund based on progress made.
Is there a ban risk?
So far, we've not seen bans for CoD Mobile ranked boosting. While this could change, it's safe currently.
How fast will my order be completed?
We take pride in our swift service. Small orders needing 150-500 Points often get done within a day. However, order length, desired rank, and your RP gain per win can affect the speed. Duo orders might take longer due to coordination of playing times.
Is it possible for me to play on my account during the boost?
Indeed, you can. However, please refrain from participating in ranked games until your boost is finalized. Additionally, verify that your booster is not actively using your account at the moment.
What are your Support Desk hours?
Our customer assistance is available seven days a week through our Facebook Page, FB Messenger, email, and a dedicated chat with a personal manager while your boost is in progress. We strive to respond as quickly as possible, usually within a few minutes to a few hours, but in some cases, it could take up to 8-10 hours.
How can I change my booster?
You can release your booster from the order in your customer area by pausing the order, making it available for another booster in our database. Contact us if your booster behaves inappropriately or doesn't meet our standards.

Do you have a Loyalty Program?
Yes, we do! We offer a five-level loyalty program with up to 40% discounts at the highest level. As you spend more, you rise through the ranks.
