What happens after I pay?
You're redirected to your Boosteria customer area — account creation takes about a minute. For solo boost, you enter your Apex Legends login through an encrypted form (we never store passwords in plaintext); for duo boost, no credentials are needed. The order enters our matching system and an Apex Predator booster typically claims it within 5 minutes. From payment to the first match being played, the full process usually takes 5–10 minutes.
Who will play on my account?
A verified Apex Predator — the top 750 players per platform. Every booster passes a rank-screenshot audit, a 30-day trial period, and ongoing conduct review before taking a single paid order. Toxic behavior in-game, unauthorized contact with your friends list, or use of any third-party software is grounds for immediate removal from the roster. You can view the profile, peak RP, and recent client reviews of the person handling your order in the customer area.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel before the booster starts the first match — no questions, one message in live chat closes it. If the boost is in progress, you get a partial refund proportional to the RP progress completed. All terms are transparent and available before purchase.
Is there a risk of getting banned?
The risk is low and we carry it, not you. Every order runs through a region-matched VPN, the booster never touches your friends list or in-game chat, and no third-party software is ever used. We have not logged a single ban tied to our Apex Legends service across 2024 and 2025 orders. If a ban ever occurs because of how we handled the account, we refund 100% plus cover reasonable inventory loss — details in our Terms.
How long does an Apex Legends boost take?
It depends on the rank gap. Bronze to Gold typically takes 1–3 days of active play, Platinum to Diamond 4–7 days, Diamond to Master 7–12 days, and Master to Apex Predator 10–18 days. Below Platinum, we average two divisions per day. Duo boosts add about 30% to these ranges because both players need to be online together.
Can the booster play my preferred Legends?
Yes — and there's no extra charge. Set your preferred Legends in the customer area after purchase, and the booster will use them. Note this option is not available with Duo Boost, since the booster needs flexibility to counter-pick based on team composition and map. If you don't specify, the booster uses current meta Legends optimized for the ranked map pool and RP gain.
How does support work?
Support runs 7 days a week via in-app manager chat, Facebook Messenger, email tickets, and your dedicated chat with the assigned booster during an active order. Median first response is under 3 minutes during European and US daytime, under 20 minutes overnight. Complex issues requiring investigation may take up to 8–10 hours in rare cases, but simple questions are typically answered within minutes.
Can I change my booster?
Yes. Pause the order in your customer area with one click — this releases it back to the queue, and a different booster will claim it within 5–15 minutes. If your assigned booster behaves unprofessionally or falls short of our service standards, contact support directly and we'll handle the reassignment plus review the original booster's conduct.
What platforms and regions are supported?
All platforms: PC (Steam, Origin/EA App), PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series S/X, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Full cross-progression support. Regions covered: Americas (NA, SA), Europe (EU, ME), and Asia-Pacific. Console orders may see slightly longer queue times but are always fulfilled — we match boosters to your server region to avoid ping issues.
How does the loyalty program work?
After your first order, you automatically enter our five-tier loyalty program. Each completed order moves you up a tier, with discounts stacking up to 40% off future orders. You receive a unique promo code at each tier, visible in the customer area. You can share the code with friends — they enter your loyalty tier immediately on their first order, matching your discount level.
