You're redirected to your Boosteria customer area — account creation takes about a minute. You provide your Steam login through an encrypted form (not required for duo orders). The order enters our matching system and an Eternus or Ascendant-tier booster typically claims it within 5 minutes. From payment to the first match being played, the full process usually takes 5–10 minutes.
A verified Eternus or Ascendant-rank player — the two top tiers in Deadlock's 11-rank system (Initiate → Seeker → Alchemist → Arcanist → Ritualist → Emissary → Archon → Oracle → Phantom → Ascendant → Eternus). Every booster passes an MMR audit, a 30-day trial period, and ongoing conduct review. Toxic behavior in-game, use of any third-party software, or unauthorized contact with your friends list is grounds for immediate removal from the roster.
Full refund if you cancel before the booster starts the first match — no questions, one message in live chat closes it. If the boost is in progress, you get a partial refund proportional to the rank progress completed. All terms are transparent and available before purchase.
Yes. You queue together with an Eternus+ pro on your own account — you keep the controls, never share your login, and learn item builds and lane positioning in real time. Duo boosts take about 30% longer than solo because both players need to be online together, but it's the safest option and gives you lasting skill improvements.
It depends on the rank gap and hero pool. Phantom to Ascendant typically takes 3–7 days, Ascendant to Eternus 7–14 days due to tight matchmaking at the top. Small boosts of 1–2 subdivisions (I–VI) are often completed the same day. Matches take 30–45 minutes in Deadlock, so daily throughput is lower than in fast-paced games. Duo orders add about 30% due to scheduling.
Yes — and there's no extra charge. Set your preferred heroes in the customer area after purchase. Keep in mind Deadlock uses a hero-specific MMR system that tracks your last 20 matches per hero, so picking heroes you don't normally play can temporarily flag your profile. For cleanest MMR progression, we recommend letting the booster match your existing hero pool.
Support runs 7 days a week via in-app manager chat, Facebook Messenger, email tickets, and your dedicated chat with the assigned booster during an active order. Median first response is under 3 minutes during European and US daytime, under 20 minutes overnight. Complex issues requiring investigation may take up to 8–10 hours in rare cases, but simple questions are typically answered within minutes.
Pause the order in your customer area with one click — this releases it back to the queue, and a different booster will claim it within 5–15 minutes. If your assigned booster behaves unprofessionally or falls short of our service standards, contact support directly and we'll handle the reassignment plus review the original booster's conduct.
Deadlock is PC-only via Steam (Valve's platform). We cover all active regions: North America, South America, Europe, Russia/CIS, Oceania, and Asia. Your booster is matched to your server region to avoid ping issues and match-quality flags. Hero-specific regional leaderboards (top 1,000 per region) are supported as a separate service.
