What happens after I make a purchase?
You're redirected to your Boosteria customer area — account creation takes about a minute. You provide your 2XKO account login or connection details (depending on boost type) through an encrypted form. The order enters our matching system and a Grand Master or Challenger-ranked booster typically claims it within 5 minutes. From payment to the first match being played, the full process usually takes 5–10 minutes.
Who boosts my account?
A verified Grand Master or Challenger-tier player — the top two ranks in 2XKO's 11-tier ladder. Challenger is reserved for the top 100 players in the regional Grandmaster pool. Every booster passes a rank-screenshot audit, a 30-day trial period, and ongoing conduct review before taking a single paid order. Toxic behavior in-game, unauthorized contact with your friends list, or use of any third-party software is grounds for immediate removal from the roster.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel before the booster starts the first match — no questions, one message in live chat closes it. If the boost is in progress, you get a partial refund proportional to the tier and RP progress completed. All terms are transparent and available before purchase.
Is there a risk of getting banned?
The risk is low and we carry it, not you. Every order runs through a region-matched VPN, the booster appears offline, and no third-party software or cheats are ever used. 2XKO is still in early access with Season 0 running through 2026, and anti-boost enforcement has been minimal — the focus is on cheating and input automation, not rank climbing. We have not logged any bans tied to our 2XKO service. If a ban ever occurs because of how we handled the account, we refund 100% plus cover reasonable Champion Token and KO Point loss per our Terms.
How long does the boosting process take?
It depends on the tier gap. Aspirant through Gold moves fast — 1-2 tiers per day (100 RP per tier, ~9-10 RP baseline per match). Gold to Platinum takes 2-3 days. Platinum to Emerald 2-3 days. Emerald to Diamond 3-4 days. Diamond to Master 4-6 days due to tighter MMR. Master to Grand Master requires 500+ RP and top-500 regional spot (5-10 days). Challenger (top 100 of Grandmaster) takes 10-15 additional days. Duo orders add about 30% due to coordinating match schedules for tag team play.
Can I request my booster to play specific fighters?
Yes — and there's no extra charge. Specify preferred fighters or duo team combinations in the customer area after purchase. Keep in mind that narrow fighter pools can slow progress if those picks get countered in the current meta. For fastest climbs, let the booster adapt with current S-tier meta fighters (Ekko, Yasuo, Ahri, Vi, and top-performing assists) based on the matchup.
How does your support work?
Support runs 7 days a week via in-app manager chat, Facebook Messenger, email tickets, and your dedicated chat with the assigned booster during an active order. Median first response is under 3 minutes during European and US daytime, under 20 minutes overnight. Complex issues requiring investigation may take up to 8–10 hours in rare cases, but simple questions are typically answered within minutes.
What if I want to switch my booster?
Pause the order in your customer area with one click — this releases it back to the queue, and a different booster will claim it within 5–15 minutes. If your assigned booster behaves unprofessionally or falls short of our service standards, contact support directly and we'll handle the reassignment plus review the original booster's conduct.
Can I interact with friends during the boost?
Yes. Your booster can forward and reply to in-game messages on your behalf upon request, keeping your social experience intact. If you prefer, the booster can leave all incoming messages unread until you log back in yourself.
Do you have a loyalty program and how does it work?
After your first order, you automatically enter our five-tier loyalty program. Each completed order moves you up a tier, with discounts stacking up to 40% off future orders. You receive a unique promo code at each tier, visible in the customer area. You can share the code with friends — they enter your loyalty tier immediately on their first order, matching your discount level.
