What happens after I buy a boost?
You're redirected to your Boosteria customer area — account creation takes about a minute. You provide your Honor of Kings login through an encrypted form (not required for duo boosting). The order enters our matching system and a Mythic+ booster typically claims it within 5 minutes. From payment to the first match being played, the full process usually takes 5–10 minutes.
Who will be boosting my account?
A verified Mythic, Epic, or Legend-tier player — the top three Grandmaster sub-ranks in Honor of Kings (earned at 25, 50, and 100 stars respectively). Every booster passes a rank-screenshot audit, a 30-day trial period, and ongoing conduct review before taking a single paid order. Toxic behavior in-game, unauthorized contact with your friends list, or use of any third-party software is grounds for immediate removal from the roster.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel before the booster starts the first match — no questions, one message in live chat closes it. If the boost is in progress, you get a partial refund proportional to the tier and star progress completed. All terms are transparent and available before purchase.
Is there a risk of getting banned?
The risk is low and we carry it, not you. Every order runs through a region-matched VPN, the booster never contacts your friends list, and no third-party software is ever used. We have not logged any bans tied to our Honor of Kings service. If a ban ever occurs because of how we handled the account, we refund 100% plus cover reasonable in-game purchase loss per our Terms.
How long does the boosting process take?
It depends on the tier and star count gap. Below Diamond, we typically complete 2-3 divisions per day thanks to Result Points and Bravery Point protection. Diamond to Master takes 3-6 days due to Ban/Pick phase and 5 sub-divisions per tier. Grandmaster is 4-8 days per 25 stars. Climbing from Grandmaster to Mythic (25 stars), Epic (50 stars), or Legend (100 stars) can take 10-25 days due to top-tier matchmaking. Duo orders add about 30% due to scheduling.
Can I request specific heroes for my booster to use?
Yes — and there's no extra charge. Set your preferred heroes in the customer area after purchase. Keep in mind that narrow hero pools can slow progress if those heroes get banned in Diamond+ draft mode. For fastest progression, let the booster use meta picks from the current S-tier list across jungle, mid, farm lane, clash lane, or roaming.
How does your customer service work?
Support runs 7 days a week via in-app manager chat, Facebook Messenger, email tickets, and your dedicated chat with the assigned booster during an active order. Median first response is under 3 minutes during European and US daytime, under 20 minutes overnight. Complex issues requiring investigation may take up to 8–10 hours in rare cases, but simple questions are typically answered within minutes.
What if I want to change my booster?
Pause the order in your customer area with one click — this releases it back to the queue, and a different booster will claim it within 5–15 minutes. If your assigned booster behaves unprofessionally or falls short of our service standards, contact support directly and we'll handle the reassignment plus review the original booster's conduct.
Can I chat with my friends during the boost?
Yes. Your booster can forward and reply to in-game messages on your behalf upon request, keeping your social experience intact. If you prefer, the booster can leave all incoming messages unread until you log back in yourself.
Do you have a loyalty program? How does it work?
After your first order, you automatically enter our five-tier loyalty program. Each completed order moves you up a tier, with discounts stacking up to 40% off future orders. You receive a unique promo code at each tier, visible in the customer area. You can share the code with friends — they enter your loyalty tier immediately on their first order, matching your discount level.
