What transpires after I make a purchase?
You're redirected to your Boosteria customer area — account creation takes about a minute. You provide your TFT account login through an encrypted form. The order enters our matching system and a Master, Grandmaster, or Challenger-tier booster typically claims it within 5 minutes. From payment to the first match being played, the full process usually takes 5–10 minutes.
Who's tasked with boosting my account?
A verified Master, Grandmaster, or Challenger-tier player — the top three tiers in TFT's 10-tier ranked ladder. Every booster passes a rank-screenshot audit, a 30-day trial period, and ongoing conduct review before taking a single paid order. What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel before the booster starts the first match — no questions, one message in live chat closes it. If the boost is in progress, you get a partial refund proportional to the division and LP progress completed. All terms are transparent and available before purchase.
Is there any danger of being banned?
The risk is low and we carry it, not you. Every order runs through a region-matched VPN, the booster never adds or messages your friends list, and no third-party software is ever used. Anti-boost detection focuses on cheating patterns and obvious account sharing, not consistent ranked play. We have not logged any bans tied to our TFT service across 2024 and 2025. If a ban ever occurs because of how we handled the account, we refund 100% plus cover reasonable cosmetic loss per our Terms.
What is the duration of the boosting process?
It depends on the tier and division gap. Iron through Platinum, we typically complete 2-3 divisions per day — top 4 finishes mean +10-25 LP and no LP loss (new rule), which accelerates the climb. Platinum to Emerald takes 2-3 days. Emerald to Diamond 3-4 days. Diamond to Master is 4-6 days due to tighter MMR. Master to Grandmaster requires 200+ LP (5-8 days). Grandmaster to Challenger 500+ LP plus top-250 regional spot (10-15 days). Duo orders add about 30% due to scheduling.
Can I request my booster to play specific champions?
Yes — and there's no extra charge. Specify preferred champion comps in the customer area after purchase. Keep in mind that narrow comp pools can slow progress if the meta shifts mid-order or counter-comps dominate your lobby. For fastest climbs, let the booster follow current Tier 1 meta comps from the latest patch.
How is your support service structured?
Support runs 7 days a week via in-app manager chat, Facebook Messenger, email tickets, and your dedicated chat with the assigned booster during an active order. Median first response is under 3 minutes during European and US daytime, under 20 minutes overnight. Complex issues requiring investigation may take up to 8–10 hours in rare cases, but simple questions are typically answered within minutes.
What if I wish to switch my booster?
Pause the order in your customer area with one click — this releases it back to the queue, and a different booster will claim it within 5–15 minutes. If your assigned booster behaves unprofessionally or falls short of our service standards, contact support directly and we'll handle the reassignment plus review the original booster's conduct.
Am I allowed to interact with my friends during the boost?
Yes. Your booster can forward and reply to in-game messages on your behalf upon request, keeping your social experience intact. If you prefer, the booster can leave all incoming messages unread until you log back in yourself.
Do you offer a loyalty program and how does it operate?
After your first order, you automatically enter our five-tier loyalty program. Each completed order moves you up a tier, with discounts stacking up to 40% off future orders. You receive a unique promo code at each tier, visible in the customer area. You can share the code with friends — they enter your loyalty tier immediately on their first order, matching your discount level.
