What happens after I purchase a boost?
After purchasing, you'll be guided to our site for a quick account registration on our platform. You'll then need to give your Legends of Runeterra login details. Your order will be placed in our system, where our professional boosters can pick it up and start boosting. This whole procedure generally takes less than five minutes.
Who will be boosting my account?
A professional player, from Masters rank or higher, will handle your account. We rigorously verify the credentials of potential boosters before inviting them to our team. We also maintain high conduct standards, forbidding any toxic behaviour or unauthorised interaction with the customer's friends list.
What does your Refund Policy entail?
We issue a full refund if a client requests it before the start of the order. If the boosting has already started, we offer a proportional partial refund based on the progress made.
Is there a risk of getting banned?
While we believe in transparency, there is a minor ban risk. However, this risk is very small, with only a few customers experiencing bans each year. Statistically, the banning rate is about 0.3% or even lower.
How long does the boosting process take?
Boosting duration depends on your desired rank, number of divisions, and your account's LP gain. For boosts under Platinum, and with at least 16 LP gain, we typically progress one division daily. Larger boosts accelerate towards the end due to MMR growth. Duo boosts might take longer due to player coordination.
Can I ask my booster to use specific champions?
Absolutely! Be aware, though, it could extend the boost duration due to increased complexity. Yet, we offer this customization at no extra cost!
How does your customer service operate?
Our customer service runs seven days a week, accessible via various channels like Facebook Page, FB Messenger, email, or a dedicated chat with your booster during the boost. Although not 24/7, we aim for quick responses, usually ranging from a few minutes to several hours, but can sometimes stretch to 8-10 hours.
What if I want to change my booster?
If you wish to change your booster, pause your order in your client area. This returns your order to our database, available for another booster. If your assigned booster is not meeting our standards or behaving inappropriately, please reach out to our support team.
Can I communicate with my friends during the boost process?
Definitely! Our boosters are well-trained in maintaining communication during the boost. If there are messages that need to be forwarded or replied to, our boosters can handle it upon your request.
Do you have a loyalty program? How does it work?
We have a loyalty program. After your first purchase, you receive a promo code and discount. You can check the details and your current level in the customer area.
