What happens after I purchase a boost?
You're redirected to your Boosteria customer area — account creation takes about a minute. You provide your LoR login through an encrypted form. The order enters our matching system and a Masters-ranked booster typically claims it within 5 minutes. From payment to the first match being played, the full process usually takes 5–10 minutes.
Who will be boosting my account?
A verified Masters-tier player with a confirmed top-700 regional finish in a recent season. Every booster passes a rank-screenshot audit, a 30-day trial period, and ongoing conduct review before taking a single paid order. Toxic behavior in-game, unauthorized contact with your friends list, or use of any third-party software or deck automation is grounds for immediate removal from the roster.
What does your refund policy entail?
Full refund if you cancel before the booster starts the first match — no questions, one message in live chat closes it. If the boost is in progress, you get a partial refund proportional to the division and LP progress completed. All terms are transparent and available before purchase.
Is there a risk of getting banned?
The risk is low and we carry it, not you. Every order runs through a region-matched VPN, the booster never adds or messages your friends list, and no third-party software or deck automation is ever used. Since LoR competitive PvP was moved into hibernation in 2024, active enforcement against boosted accounts has effectively stopped. We have not logged any bans tied to our LoR service across 2024 and 2025. If a ban ever occurs because of how we handled the account, we refund 100% plus cover reasonable shard and card loss per our Terms.
How long does the boosting process take?
It depends on the division gap and LP gains. Iron through Platinum, we typically complete one full division (100 LP) per day with 20-25 LP gains per win. Platinum to Diamond takes 3-5 days due to tighter matchmaking. Diamond to Masters is 4-7 days — the hardest stretch because Masters seeding uses MMR, not just LP. Top-700 regional pushes take an additional 5-10 days. Duo orders add about 30% due to scheduling.
Can I ask my booster to use specific champions?
Yes — and there's no extra charge. Specify preferred champions in the customer area after purchase. Keep in mind that narrow champion pools can slow progress if those decks get countered in the current meta. For fastest progression, let the booster use current Tier 1 decks from the latest meta reports.
How does your customer service operate?
Support runs 7 days a week via in-app manager chat, Facebook Messenger, email tickets, and your dedicated chat with the assigned booster during an active order. Median first response is under 3 minutes during European and US daytime, under 20 minutes overnight. Complex issues requiring investigation may take up to 8–10 hours in rare cases, but simple questions are typically answered within minutes.
What if I want to change my booster?
Pause the order in your customer area with one click — this releases it back to the queue, and a different booster will claim it within 5–15 minutes. If your assigned booster behaves unprofessionally or falls short of our service standards, contact support directly and we'll handle the reassignment plus review the original booster's conduct.
Can I communicate with my friends during the boost process?
Yes. Your booster can forward and reply to in-game messages on your behalf upon request, keeping your social experience intact. If you prefer, the booster can leave all incoming messages unread until you log back in yourself.
Do you have a loyalty program? How does it work?
After your first order, you automatically enter our five-tier loyalty program. Each completed order moves you up a tier, with discounts stacking up to 40% off future orders. You receive a unique promo code at each tier, visible in the customer area. You can share the code with friends — they enter your loyalty tier immediately on their first order, matching your discount level.
