Who's in charge of boosting my account?
A verified Immortal 3 or Radiant-tier player — the top two ranks in Valorant's 9-tier ladder. Radiant boosters are from the regional top-500 leaderboard. Every booster passes a rank-screenshot audit, a 30-day trial period, and ongoing conduct review before taking a single paid order. Toxic behavior in-game, unauthorized contact with your friends list, or use of any third-party software is grounds for immediate removal from the roster.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel before the booster starts the first match — no questions, one message in live chat closes it. If the boost is in progress, you get a partial refund proportional to the division and RR progress completed. All terms are transparent and available before purchase.
Is there a risk of getting banned?
The risk is low and we carry it, not you. Every order runs through a region-matched VPN, the booster appears offline, and no third-party software or cheats are ever used. Anti-boost detection focuses on cheating patterns and account sharing signals, not consistent competitive play. We have not logged any bans tied to our Valorant service across 2024 and 2025. If a ban ever occurs because of how we handled the account, we refund 100% plus cover reasonable Vandal skin and battle pass loss per our Terms.
What is the duration of the boosting process?
It depends on the division gap and your RR gain rate. Iron through Gold we typically complete 1-2 divisions per day (100 RR per division). Platinum takes 1-2 days, Diamond 2-3 days, Ascendant 3-5 days due to tighter matchmaking. Ascendant 3 to Immortal 1 is 2-3 days. Inside Immortal the pace depends on your regional RR thresholds — typically 5-10 days from Immortal 1 to Immortal 3. Radiant (top 500 regional + RR threshold) takes an additional 10-20 days of focused play. Duo orders add about 30% due to scheduling.
Can I request my booster to play specific agents?
Yes — and there's no extra charge. Specify preferred agents for each role (Duelist / Controller / Initiator / Sentinel) in the customer area after purchase. Keep in mind that narrow agent pools can slow progress if the meta counters your picks or your agents are taken in the pick phase. For fastest climbs, let the booster adapt agent based on team composition needs and map.
How is your support service structured?
Support runs 7 days a week via in-app manager chat, Facebook Messenger, email tickets, and your dedicated chat with the assigned booster during an active order. Median first response is under 3 minutes during European and US daytime, under 20 minutes overnight. Complex issues requiring investigation may take up to 8–10 hours in rare cases, but simple questions are typically answered within minutes.
What if I want to switch my booster?
Pause the order in your customer area with one click — this releases it back to the queue, and a different booster will claim it within 5–15 minutes. If your assigned booster behaves unprofessionally or falls short of our service standards, contact support directly and we'll handle the reassignment plus review the original booster's conduct.
Am I allowed to interact with my friends during the boost?
Yes. Your booster can forward and reply to in-game messages on your behalf upon request, keeping your social experience intact. If you prefer, the booster can leave all incoming messages unread until you log back in yourself.
Do you offer a loyalty program and how does it operate?
After your first order, you automatically enter our five-tier loyalty program. Each completed order moves you up a tier, with discounts stacking up to 40% off future orders. You receive a unique promo code at each tier, visible in the customer area. You can share the code with friends — they enter your loyalty tier immediately on their first order, matching your discount level.
