Radiant (top 500 regional + RR threshold) takes an additional 10-20 days of focused play. Duo orders add about 30% due to scheduling.

Can I request my booster to play specific agents?

Yes — and there's no extra charge. Specify preferred agents for each role (Duelist / Controller / Initiator / Sentinel) in the customer area after purchase. Keep in mind that narrow agent pools can slow progress if the meta counters your picks or your agents are taken in the pick phase. For fastest climbs, let the booster adapt agent based on team composition needs and map.

How is your support service structured?

Support runs 7 days a week via in-app manager chat, Facebook Messenger, email tickets, and your dedicated chat with the assigned booster during an active order. Median first response is under 3 minutes during European and US daytime, under 20 minutes overnight. Complex issues requiring investigation may take up to 8–10 hours in rare cases, but simple questions are typically answered within minutes.

What if I want to switch my booster?

Pause the order in your customer area with one click — this releases it back to the queue, and a different booster will claim it within 5–15 minutes. If your assigned booster behaves unprofessionally or falls short of our service standards, contact support directly and we'll handle the reassignment plus review the original booster's conduct.

Am I allowed to interact with my friends during the boost?

Yes. Your booster can forward and reply to in-game messages on your behalf upon request, keeping your social experience intact. If you prefer, the booster can leave all incoming messages unread until you log back in yourself.
