Who will be handling my account?
A verified Unreal-ranked player, with most orders handled by Champion or top-100 Unreal leaderboard pros. Every booster passes a rank-screenshot audit, a 30-day trial period, and ongoing conduct review before taking a single paid order. Toxic behavior in-game, unauthorized contact with your friends list, or use of any third-party software is grounds for immediate removal from the roster.
What does your refund policy include?
Full refund if you cancel before the booster starts the first match — no questions, one message in live chat closes it. If the boost is in progress, you get a partial refund proportional to the division progress completed. All terms are transparent and available before purchase.
Can I play in duo with the booster?
Yes. You queue together with an Unreal-ranked pro on your own account — you keep the controls, never share your Epic Games login, and learn rotation timing, build battles, and zone management in real time. Duo boosts take about 30% longer than solo because both players need to be online together, but it's the safest option and gives you lasting skill improvements.
How quickly will my order be completed?
It depends on the division gap. Bronze to Gold typically completes within a day on solo. Gold to Platinum takes 1–2 days, Platinum to Diamond 2–4 days, Diamond to Elite 3–5 days, Elite to Champion 5–8 days, Champion to Unreal 8–15 days due to tighter matchmaking. Small boosts within the same tier (Bronze I → Silver I, for example) are often done same-day. Duo orders add about 30% due to scheduling.
Can the booster use my preferred skins or builds?
Yes for skins and cosmetics — we'll match your equipped loadout preferences to keep your account looking the way you want. Loadouts in Ranked use the standard loot pool (no custom items in competitive), but we can prioritize certain playstyles — aggressive, passive, or zone-control — based on your request. How can I change my booster?
Pause the order in your customer area with one click — this releases it back to the queue, and a different booster will claim it within 5–15 minutes. If your assigned booster behaves unprofessionally or falls short of our service standards, contact support directly and we'll handle the reassignment plus review the original booster's conduct.
Which regions and platforms do you support?
We provide Fortnite boosting on all platforms — PC (Epic Games), PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One/Series, Nintendo Switch, and cloud-streamed mobile. Cross-progression means your rank is unified across platforms, so we can handle your account from the platform that matches our booster's setup.
