What does your refund policy include?
Full refund if you cancel before the booster starts the first match — no questions, one message in live chat closes it. If the boost is in progress, you get a partial refund proportional to the division and SR progress completed. All terms are transparent and available before purchase.
Can I play in duo with the booster?
Yes. You queue together with a Grandmaster+ pro on your own account — you keep the controls, never share your Battle.net login, and learn positioning, ultimate tracking, and team composition choices in real time. Duo boosts take about 30% longer than solo because both players need to be online together, but it's the safest option and gives you lasting skill improvements. Note: at Master and above, Overwatch 2 restricts duo grouping to 1 skill tier (5 divisions).

Keep in mind that narrow hero pools can slow progress if the meta counters your picks, or if a specific hero gets countered hard by the enemy composition. How can I change my booster?
Pause the order in your customer area with one click — this releases it back to the queue, and a different booster will claim it within 5–15 minutes. If your assigned booster behaves unprofessionally or falls short of our service standards, contact support directly and we'll handle the reassignment plus review the original booster's conduct.
Which regions and platforms do you support?
We provide Overwatch 2 boosting on all platforms — PC (Battle.net), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
